My name is Justin Conklin, the owner and professional technician here at 5toes. I have 15 years of knowledge and experience on all sides of appliance. I started at a large retail company doing customer service and sales of appliances and parts. For the last 10 plus years, I have specialized in repairs and installations of all brands and types of appliance, both gas and electric. Once the COVID pandemic took hold, I was eventually furloughed from my position and during this time, I decided it was time to follow my dream of owning my own business.

Now, about the name 5toes. You are probably thinking, what an odd name for an appliance company. In early 2017, I was involved in a serious snowmobile accident, causing significant damage to my foot and hand. As a result of my injuries, my right foot was amputated below my knee. Hence the name 5toes. After a long road of surgeries, healing and physical therapy, I was right back to my servicer position, repairing and installing appliances.
